We have staged a number of loft conversions over the years, but one of our favorites has to be the church conversion at 152 Annette, Victory Lofts.
We have staged several units for the builder and several more investor units, but the highlight was one of the larger, top floor units we did this year. With incredible exposed beams and spectacular light, this unit was a pleasure to stage.
One of this issues that loft conversions have is showing potential purchasers how to use the space effectively. This unit was a perfect example of this. Despite it’s unique features, it sat on the market for several months with no offers.
Within
24 hours of having it staged ... it sold!
